These terms govern your use of lorys.coffee and any purchase you make from Lory's Coffee (ABN 30 689 005 983, "Lory's", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and pricing
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but slight variations in roast, colour, and packaging may occur between batches. Prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline — for example if a product is out of stock or a payment cannot be verified. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at the time of order.
3. Shipping and delivery
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are handed to the courier. Delays caused by the courier or events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we'll help however we can if something goes wrong in transit.
4. Returns and refunds
If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@lorys.coffee and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Because coffee is a perishable good, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once a bag has been opened. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Account use
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Lory's name, logo, photography, and packaging design — belongs to Lory's Coffee or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lory's is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
